An overseas kitchen project starts with a shared design brief. Plan the cabinetry, samples, production drawings and destination requirements together, with each stage set out in your proposal.
1. Your project brief
- Confirm rooms, cabinet types, project location, drawing maturity and local installation conditions;
- Share your design priorities, available drawings and questions for the team.
2. Design, samples and quote
- Set the layout and main configuration direction;
- Check samples, hardware models, included scope, exclusions and quote validity.
3. Final measurement and production approval
- Identify who owns site measurements and their accuracy;
- Close dimensions, appliances, details, colours and configuration, then sign production drawings.
4. Production, inspection and packing
- Record agreed inspection gates;
- Use packing labels that map to rooms, cabinet numbers and installation drawings.
5. Logistics, installation and acceptance
Confirm Incoterms, customs, delivery, site storage, installation team, commissioning, acceptance and after-sales route.
