WhatsApp adviser assignment
When you actively click WhatsApp, the site sends a random request identifier to a same-domain routing service. The service assigns enabled advisers in sequence and sets an HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax functional cookie so the same browser stays with the same adviser for 30 days.

Name, contact details, project country and message are not sent to the routing API or stored in a website database. They are assembled into a WhatsApp draft in your browser. Opening WhatsApp passes the prefilled content to WhatsApp. The assigned adviser receives the message after you confirm Send.
Enquiry source
Your browser keeps the first page visited and the available referring website hostname for the current session. These are added to the WhatsApp draft with the current enquiry page. Page URLs omit query parameters; unavailable referrers are labelled direct or unavailable. You can edit these details before sending.
What is not collected
Assignment records do not retain form content, raw IP addresses, browser fingerprints, advertising click IDs or full referrer URLs. Opening wa.me means only that the site assigned an adviser and attempted to open WhatsApp; it does not prove a message was sent or read.
Your choices
You may avoid WhatsApp and use email instead, or delete browser cookies. After cookie deletion or a device change, the service treats you as a new browser visitor.
